(no subject)

If I need to have a reason for the fact that I haven't posted to this journal yet, I will blame it on the fact that since I signed up for Hikago Team Deathmatch, I have written very close to 65,000 words of fic. I realize that this is not quite up to NaNoWriMo standards, but that is really 62 pieces of fiction if you include all of the drabbles and the things I added a few hundred words to in order to finish off and the things that are new and unfinished on my hard drive. XD

So, since my last DM piece is turned in, I will now relax for a few days.

After talking in chat last night, I realized that I have had quite an output of fic in the last 2 months. Like... a drabble away from 65k. This is not including the several thousand words of notes that I have typed up for various projects. XD So, I fully intended to take a few days off from writing anything at all. Only, as I was laying in bed last night, I got a Big Bang idea. I slept on it, figuring that if I didn't remember it this morning, I wasn't going to feel bad about it at all. So I woke up this morning... and the idea was immediately in my head and growing bigger. I haven't actually committed any words to a document yet, but the idea is growing and growing and growing... so I will probably type up a bit of it during Damian's nap in a few hours. XD

I don't know that I'm really "excited" about the idea, but I *am* intrigued, and I know it's something that I could actually get to 50k, so... We'll see!

Also, there is a part of my stomach still churning after turning in my last DM entry. I hope everyone likes it!
