Not signing up for blind_go and it feels kind of good. I burned myself out on Hikago last year a bit, and taking time to get into new fandoms and let myself find a reasonable pace and all of that... it feels good. I've mostly written fic for exchanges and I keep doing pinch hits, too.

Also, moving is a giant pain. Hubby put in for and got a job back near where we lived before this. You know: a place near friends and family. It's going to cost an arm and a leg to move, but it'll be worth it to have people to hang out with. We're looking at the end of September/beginning of October to move.

Makes sense, you were INSANE with Hikago last year. Only natural you'd want a break. ^_^

Glad you're happy about the move, but agreed, moving is a giant pain in the ass. Hate it, hate it, hate it.

(So by the way, does that mean you're moving back up toward my way? :D )

(Sadly, no. As long as everything goes through okay, we're moving back a few blocks from where we lived right before this.)
