mmmdracoToday's topic: Your favorite food to make!
Okay, so... this is tough. But I think it might be pizza? I make my own dough from scratch and it's pretty much the only dough I don't usually fuck up. Watching it go from ingredients to stretchy ball of awesomeness is really satisfying to me and getting to put whatever I want on it is amazing because I can make all of these combinations that you're not going to find on a menu at a traditional pizza place. (My fave combo is chicken, bacon, spinach and caramelized onion, usually with a little sprinkle of blue cheese.)
