I will hit 13k on my Big Bang fic today or die trying. As this is only day 10 of my 1k a day plan, I am doing remarkably well and am on track to finish as scheduled. Now, should the fic go beyond 50k as I now suspect it might, then we'll see what happens. XD

cottoncandy_bingo. My card is here and, at the bottom, there are links to the fics I have written. Most of them are Hikaru no Go, but I did also write one friendship piece for Initial D, a vaguely femmeslash piece for Koi Cha no Osahou, and what may be the first English fandom work for the Korean drama Lie to Me (it's at least the first on AO3). I'm trying to work in other fandoms, too, but my muse is staunchly planted in Hikago for the time being, so you guys get to deal with my writing a fic in which Ko Yeong-ha goes back in time, but it goes a bit awry so that he *is* Ochi and he kind of falls for Yashiro and things like that.
My AO3 page is here should anyone need that information. I've been going crazy with the writing lately, I know, but my muses were kind of dead for several years, so I'm perhaps just making up for lost time.
I have managed to salvage an old fic that I spent quite a bit of time working on. Prior to Deathmatch, *it* was my Cake!fic. I don't believe this is the last incarnation of said fic as I definitely recall writing past the point where this one ends, but it's at 11.5 k right now and I may well submit it as a Little Bang for HikaBang if I can gather the motivation to finish it, or force myself past the moment it's at now where it is already going in a slightly different direction than I recall. But this way there will be more porn, so there's that. Getting it to at least 15k won't be a problem, though I'm extremely doubtful about it getting much further than that unless I go into such excessive detail that people die of boredom.
If my writing at the moment sounds a bit stilted, blame the fact that I was just watching Downton Abbey. In fact, probably not a great idea to be writing fic right now for that very reason. XD Maybe a bath while watching Bones?
