(no subject)

On the fandom front, I actually wrote two fics for shipswap! They won't be readable until Saturday, and it won't be until the end of the month that they'll be revealed as being mine, but whatever. One was my assigned fic and the other was a pinch hit.

My condition as far as right eye/left side weakness hasn't improved any, but it also hasn't gotten any worse and I'm coping with it. Friday is my appointment with the neurologist, so hopefully something will happen then? I'm looked forward to being able to do the grocery shopping again. I love Joe, but he is not the best about actually doing the shopping even with a list. He has a tendency to grab those products which are not quite right and also to overlook those things which he has no express interest in. >_<

More fandomy stuff, kind of... the new Hanson album came out today and I'm already really loving it. It's very classic-rock anthem feeling, I guess? The musicianship is the best they've done, and I'm especially impressed with Isaac's voice. Typically, his lead track is the one I'm the least fond of, but on this album... it might be my favorite? Ugh. I want to see them in concert again. I've seen dozens of concerts and their shows are the ones that never fail to impress.
